What Our Guests are Eating
Serving you good quality homemade food is our mission...providing you the best breakfast in town has been one of our primary goals since becoming innkeepers. In 2013 we will continue to serve our signature dishes and we will be offering new recipes and dishes throughout the year for special holiday occasions such as Chocolate Crepes with fresh Strawberry sauce and Chocolate Raspberry Cake for Valentines Day, on St. Patty's Day Green Eggs and Ham, Farmers Breakfast Bake, O'Brien roasted potatoes and Red White and Blue Parfaits, Baked Apple Dumplings for Memorial Day and 4th of July...We'll offer traditional German breakfasts for Octoberfest and our special seasonal delights for Thanksgiving and Christmas to make the best of the season's fruits and vegetables in our main dishes and bakery goods. Special requests are always welcome, we'll gladly accommodate gluten free, dairy free and vegan dishes, please let us know at the time of your reservation of any special requests. Patio parties for groups???? YES! for modest pricing we will prepare patio party snacks and treats for traveling groups.
BYA - because you asked...we will gladly serve our "lite side" breakfast including fresh fruit and yogurt, turkey bacon or sausage and an Egg Beaters or egg white omlet with vegetables. We will leave off the muffins, waffles, pancakes, sausage and gravy at your request! Here's to a healthy 2013!
Signature Breakfast Items - I rotate through various daily menus to make sure each and every guest eats something different each day. The items below represent the "chef's choice" items that you'll find on our breakfast table depending upon the season.
